As you know, I am always on my Mac. But this time when I used Cydia Impactor on my Mac, I got an error.

What is Cydia Impactor Error 158?

As far as I know, there’s no sure shot way to fix this error in Cydia Impactor. That’s why I recommend you use other tools. There are many good alternatives such as Cydia Extender and others.

In my case, I thought the error came due to using an older version of Cydia Impactor. Therefore, I used the latest version which again gave the same error.

After a lot of hours of frustration, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I then installed Ext3nder tool from a Cydia source. This is a pirate Cydia repo so exercise caution. It gets the work done, though.

Finally, this tool fixed my error. Here’s how I fixed cydia impactor error 158.

Seven months after the battery nightmare, Samsung announces the return of the flagship Galaxy Note 7 to stores.

The South Korean company, as part of its recycling program, will recondition some of the recalled Galaxy Note 7 and market them in a number of markets. It will, however, use a battery of lower amperage – to avoid possible incidents such as those that forced its withdrawal from the market.

This reconditioning process is just one of the recycling routes initiated by the company. The devices that are not suitable for reconditioning will be disassembled for reuse of components and recycling of materials.

The return of the Galaxy Note 7 will be subject to the approval of different regulatory agencies and their recommendations. The marketing dates will be announced during the coming weeks depending on each market.

I won’t be touching Note 7 with a 10-feet pole. What about you?
