Today there was another very important event for the jailbreak scene which had nothing to do with the release of the public beta version of iOS 10.3. Italian hacker Luca Todesco kept the promise given earlier and the updated Yalu jailbreak to the new version, which is able to install the jailbreak on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch running iOS 10.2 operating system.
This jailbreak tool is called yalu102. It is still in beta stage, so its use can lead to errors and bugs when installed on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Jailbreak on iOS 10.2 is only possible provided that your iOS device has a 64-bit processor. Owners of old 32-bit devices will not be able to use this jailbreak.

Based on a new hacking exploit, Yalu jailbreak tool is compatible only with iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPod Touch 6, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 9.7 and iPad Pro 12.9.
Using Yalu jailbreak on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is still not possible due to its KPP protection feature. This is the fault of Apple’s A10 Fusion quad-core processor, which operates on a slightly different structure, characterized by high performance and security.
Yalu102 jailbreak is semi-untethered in nature. This means you must manually activate this jailbreak after you restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod.
